CHEAPER VERSION SENT AND NOT REPLACED

I bought a picnic basket for a wedding gift of about R1 300. I ordered it in advance and received it the Monday before the wedding., delivered to my office. That evening at home, I opened up the package, only to find that they sent me the R800 version without a picnic blanket, etc. The next morning, I phoned and was told I need to log a return and that there's no guarantee that I will be receiving the actual product I've ordered before the Thursday before the wedding. Despicable!!!!!! It wasn't my fault and now I am being punished and embarrassed by showing up to a wedding without a gift. And they didn't want to hand over the phone so I can speak to a manager. SHOCKING, SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE CORRECT PARCEL BY THE TIME YOU'D NEED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
