Cheaper Item Delivered

I ordered an M-audio Code 49 keyboard for R3999 and they sent a cheaper Oxygen 49 now I have to wait for them to collect and replace it. Spending this much money I could have just bought it from a proper music store and got the correct item the first time. Now I had to log a return and it can take up to a week to fix this error the names are completely different.
