CHEAP QUALITY AND FALSE ADVERTISING

I am very disappointed with the warranty of 1 year on my JVC 32 inch T.V which I bought in November 2018, in less than 2 years I now need to have it repaired as the globe inside the TV has blown. My return was rejected because the warranty is only one year, what I have noticed is that most shops give their customers 2 years warranty. Also ordered a baby bag which was advertised with 61% discount but when I collected it on Saturday and checked the condition it was so cheaply made, the quality of the zips and size of the items was too small for a bables bottle to fit into the bottle holder. I am very disappointed and will definitely not buy anything from them again.
