Cheap products as to what I ordered and they refused to replace the original product

I waited a full 2 weeks to get the mixer only to be sent a different product as to the one advertised. The hand mixer I received is 300W not the same as the one I ordered of 800W and it has a name written RAF and the one the picture is a different hand mixer

I asked takealot to return product and replace it instead they sent back my money and now the product is sold at R999.00 and when I purchased it it was R510.00

They sell us a cheap product different from the one advertised

I need a replacement of the product I order with the same amount I ordered it with…takealot is ****ming people , they they rejected my review because they don’t want people to know what they do.
