Chatsworth pickup point takes the convenience out of online shopping.

Very disappointed in the chatsworth pickup point. Had to fetch a large order recently (5 boxes), was not allowed to park inside the premises, had to find a parking on the side of the street on a ***** road. Driveway is incredibly steep. For the life of me I cannot understand why they would have a pickup point and make it difficult for customers to access it.
