Charging Euros not Rand

Received message saying that there is a shipment for me. This appears to be something that I have won - a most unusual occurrence - and I need to pay R25 shipping cost and then it will be delivered. As it seems to be a very uptodate iPhone this would be great to have. However when I go through their process of supplying delivery details and get to the credit card payment it comes up as 25 Euros, 18 times R20. There is no place to contact them, Is this a con whereby they hope that people won't notice the different exchange rates/currencies.
