Charged on delivery but none was made .

Made an Order on the 15th was expecting delivery on the 20th which I didn’t receive,however on the App it said that order was delivered and signed by customer I called and the driver asked me to reschedule delivery to the next day because it was late and he was still far ,I did that the following day still I didn’t get a delivery or any communication whatsoever…I kept calling the initial driver who asked me to reschedule,he told me he gave the parcel to a different driver..last night the 22nd I got a call from the new driver saying he was on his way I told him to cancel I’ve already logged in a return and wrote an email back stating I would like a refund It was processed however I am charged delivery fare on goods that were never even delivered ..
