Charged for next day delivery,but no delivery

I placed an order on 26/02/2026 . Items in my order were all available for next day delivery . I then paid R75 for next day delivery, which is 27/02/2026 . Only for me to track my order on the app and see that my order has moved to a delivery date of 03/09/2026 . No explanations, no updates , and this is the second time something of a similar nature happens. When I then sent an email to enquire, I received no response, and then I put in a cancellation request which took longer to get an email back as compared to when I have had to cancel an order . Then I got an email with not much of an explanation but a line saying that the inconvenience is more so on me getting the rest of my refund amount back because 2 of the 7 items in the order were already packed , they then said the refund for those items will take longer because of the packaged stage they were in .
