Charged for next day delivery but not delivered, 5 days instead

Last night, I purchased several items with next-day delivery, incurring an additional charge of R12 per item. The process from selection to payment was smooth. However, upon completing the payment, I was informed that the delivery would not occur the next day as promised, but was instead split into two separate dates—one for the day after tomorrow and another for Friday, which is five days from now.

I believe this practice is not only ********* but potentially *******, as they charged me for a service they are not providing. Furthermore, it is concerning that these critical details were hidden until after the payment was processed.
