Charged Delivery Fee for Order Cancelled Within Minutes

I cancelled my order within 5 minutes of placing it, yet Takealot still kept the delivery fee. At that point, no delivery process could realistically have started, so charging for delivery makes no sense.

The chatbot was completely unhelpful and only repeated generic policy responses, with no proper way to escalate the issue to a human.

Being charged for a service that was clearly never rendered is extremely frustrating and feels unfair. This experience has definitely affected my trust in Takealot.
