Changing product descriptions after delivery and then pretending like the original desciption never existed

<p>After complaining about a product description that did not match the item delivered (namely it did not include a small pocket for coins, keys, etc.), I received an email back from Takealot stating that “that the pocket is for the phone its self as stated in the description”. However, what they did not state was that they updated the description AFTER my email to REMOVE the incorrect description, and pretended like the original description never existed!!!! Fortunately I took a screenshot of the description before they changed it. There was also another customer review complaining about the EXACT SAME ISSUE issue dated between the date of my complaint and Takealot's response - more proof that they changed the desccription. </p> <p>I contacted Takelot again drawing attention to the fact that they changed the description and have yet to receive an adequate response/acknowledgement/apology. </p> <p>Totally unacceptable service!</p>
