Change name to Takealot of time to deliver!

Placed order for 4 items on 27 Oct 2020. One of which had a 8-10 day delivery time. Expected delivery was 11 Nov. Now delivery only expected on 25 Nov. 2 days shy of 1 month. 2 issues. 1.Way too long for an online delivery - pathetic. 2. Why not ask the customer if they want to pend the delaying item to another order or deliver the items that are waiting. Poor service...
