Change from delivery to collection, actually this saves on Takealot's costs. . .

I ordered from Takealot and the ordered arrived at the facility on 30 August 2023, at 11:25 and Takealot promised to deliver on 31 August 2023. I went to the Hub to collect the order as the Childs birthday was on 30 August. Upon arrival, I was told that the collection is impossible as the original plan was that the product should be delivered. This was regardless of the fact that the product is there in the hub, and not allocated to any driver at the time. The policy is useless and baseless.
