Cellphone ordered

<p>I ordered a cellphone for my daughter for Christmas and received this a week before Christmas. When put on charge the battery became excessively hot and the phone flashed on and off. It eventually came on but switched off within a day and never came back on. I sent the phone back and received a replacement a second time and this phone when put on charge just flashed on and off all the time and never came on. I also returned this one. I received the third phone 31 Dec 2016 and this phone did the same thing. I am still awaiting a replacement only to be told that there are no longer these phones in stock. I have received aweful service from them and would have at least thought that they would compensate my daughter (seeing this was her Christmas present phone) and at least give her an alternative phone at takelot expenses. My daughter is so dissapointed. VERY angry client. I will not be ordering from them soon again!!!</p>
