Cellphone cover incorrect order

The worst experience ever I order a simple cellphone cover and tempered glass and they deliver the incorrect cover instead of rectify they stupid mistake ,they inform since I’ve inserted the tempered glass they can’t return the cover and give me a correct one ,a whole big company that can’t rectify a stupid mistake by getting me the correct cover as a token of a apology….I will never advice anyone to purchase from takealot they are useless and careless ,they don’t pay attention to customer requests for a big company they are a huge shame ,disgusting service
