Cellini Bags Badly Damaged

I ordered two Celenini bags a carry on and checked luggage. To my surprise the luggage came in thin plastic. I unwrapped the bags and found deep scratches on both bags...

When I order a R30 item from Takealot it comes in a box with bubble wrap but I order R3000 bags and its messed up .. I have a international flights to catch soon and now have to use these bags. I expect some kind of compensation for damaging my bags...

I don't understand why there is no bubble wrap... Unfortunately here is no way to attach pics but this is unacceptable
