Cellfone block on Emi numbber

Ok Good day I did bay a cellfone from takelot and the cellfone did cost R1799I did pay the cod and the cellfone whas delivered to my house ok I did open the box and then the cellfone box everything whas good 15 Feb 2020 so the fone work good and I did youse it for my YouTube channel on the 12 March the fone whas block by the Emi number and when a fone is block by Emi numbber it is reported ****** at a police station now I did send the cellfone back to takelot on the 20 of March thay send me email that chager is missing and the earfone the earfones did break but the fone chager cover batty I did put it in the box so thay don't read my emails just declined my return and send the block fone back to me funny when I open the box the chager whas in the box from 20 mach to June 5 I did email them and say take the money for the earphones and replace it but not one of my email whas open or reply to I will newer bay from them thay send rong staff and have no control over the contents thay send the fone did cost R1799 and week later thay Mark it up to R3300 I just wandered way did thay block the fone look I belief in strike 1 strike 2 and strike3 and I did del the takelot app I whas a good custemer to them but the treatment thay gif me no more
