Cctv Monitor missing

Goodday Im writing this email in regards with the latter bussiness "Takealot.com" az where my wife Jeandre putchased / Aquired a Samsung Monitor some time ago as take alot has all relavant details witch some detail may have escaped or is redacted somehow from rrlavant parties we have returned product at a stage and my wife struggled with here credit to obtain credit as where she relaid that we gonna take the monitor here is where the details eludr us no person from said bussiness can report on pick up as my wife did not sign or received any documentation so , so pick up guy should please explain as I / we feel the proof of burden is with them and there rep'$ we want out monitot as we recently purchased a cctv camera set with take alot so hence we gonna be needing our elusive Monitor ; Side not weve spoken to some lady my wife wil know her as she ralid that takr alot policy after e weeks there somehow not responsible datails is faige as per 3rd person acc but we gonna need clarity and most off all our purchased paid for monitor back as we gonna need it to complete our survaliance systym please contact my wife as i am on yhe road driving for thr majotity of thr workday on *** Jeandre
