catch a wake up takealot

I received my order this morning from takealot & my yard is small & I have concrete drive way & my gate is about 8 meters from my lounge I heard someone throw something into the yard coz my dog was barking so I looked & saw takealot driver standing outside the gate & the package thrown into my driveway I asked the driver why he said the dog what a pathetic excuse my dog is inside & can't go out unless I open the gate. this is how takealot deliver just throw peoples goods over the gate & then say sorry I phone the delivery team in durban & spoke to wade & told him I'm not opening the package just yet so he took my no. & said open package & I'll phone back in 5 now gone 35 minutes no call back I sent complaint in the app via email no response what kind of delivery service does takealot provide this is serious matter you can't go around & throw peoples order & when I asked the driver for documentation he says he signed it I can say goods not received but I'm not like that please takealot educate your pathetic delivery personal out coz this is not on ****ed of customer
