Catch a wake up

I’m utterly disappointed in the after sales service from you guys. I have been a very regular customer on your platform. I requested two invoices,an I’m getting the run around. After numerous attempts I’m still being told to check on my profile for the invoices. If I could do that I would not be writing this today. Can someone please assist me
