cash payment made for goods and takealot dont want to deliver

I placed an order on the 29th November and paid cash for it, i opted for delivery and the earliest was the 1st December, they sent me a msg to say it will be delivered Sunday the 1st, i awaited the entire of Sunday only to get an sms at 4.55pm on the afternoon to say that they cannot locate my address but no one called to ask directions or for help, i contacted the call center on the 2nd December to ask what is happening with my delivery they said its on the road for delivery, i awaited the entire day again and no delivery, i asked them to keep my order at the warehouse i will collect it and they stated once we opt for delivery we cant collect, i now am waiting 3 days for my order that i paid cash for and absolutely no one knows where my order is and what is going on, Takealot is absolutely useless and take peoples money and don't deliver goods, i asked for a refund and i am being ignored, they are a bunch of ******* and ***** innocent peoples money. i want my money back or i will sueue them.
