Casals 1600w Lawn Mower was defective

On Black Friday I ordered and paid for a lawnmower special at R1099. I recieved the lawnmower in due time - the first time I used it on just a small piece of grass it worked very well - but it started raining and I had to stop. A few days later we had sunshine and I started using it again. It almost immediately started making a horrible noise whenever I stopped and eventually it just stopped working. I let them know and they came to collect it the next day. I have all the e-mails where they said they could not replace it as it is out of stock - did I want it repaired which I then confirmed to have it repaired. i then recieved an e-mail telling me that I had been given a credit as they could not have it repaired. This morning they have exactly the same lawnmower on their website as shopsoiled for R700 more than I payed for it.
