Carelessness with products and being delivered in appalling condition.

I am writing this review as there seems to be no way to complain to Takealot.com

I am really disappointed with the level of carelessness of their employees when it comes to the handling of items. I have complained several times before and yet it appears as though nothing is being done to change their ways. I am also certain that I am not the only one that complains about this. Many a times I have ordered items for gifting purposes and I am appalled by the state the items arrive in. This particular item I have ordered was meant to be a Christmas gift. The initial order arrived in a terrible condition. Definitely not fit for gifting. The Bravecto I have ordered also arrived in a shocking state! (Thank goodness it was only for my dog)!

The exchange delivery of the EDT arrived in a slightly better condition, but also not in the condition one would expect from a huge company such as this and definitely not in a condition that makes me happy to present it as a gift. I cannot keep on returning items in the hope that they will arrive in a better condition. No quality control whatsoever.

I honestly am dumbstruck as to why they you would spend so much on packaging, but the actual items are being handled so carelessly and damaged.

I am just curious to know if this standard is what they pride themselves on. Using Takealot less and less as this simply does not meet the standard I am accustomed to when they started out.
