Careless handling

Since Take a Lot has advised that they will not be replying to my mail, maybe they'll answer to this complaint

I've just received my order, except that the bath salts bag was completely broken and seeped salt into and out of the box and all over the other items I'm busy salvaging.

I'd like a replacement or a refund. Also, since the salts have all but gone, how do I return this, because its a mess?!
