Care less customer service

<p>i bought a phone at takealot in December and seven months later the phone was not working correctly, i contacted them and they collected the phone from me, days later they told me they taking it to the third party which came back with the feedback saying.... it is supplier or manufacturer’s discretion what remedy they can offer me! later i was told that phone warranty has expired therefore i must pay for the replacement of my phone screen including labour etc...which i did not agree with and they returned my phone but the battery was missing after waiting days to get my phone back and now i still have to waitng days again for my battery? pathetic service from takealot and im a regular customer!! i will never ever again buy anything from them</p>
