Canyon true wireless buds

I ordered canyon true wireless buds in the 5th and they told me that I will get my order in 2 days time. The day came and from what I know is that the driver is supposed to call the recipient to come and collect their package. On their app, when I track the order, it showed me that the driver did come to deliver but I never received a call from them, so I decided to call their costumer service and I they told me that the order is under my old cellphone number. I asked the guy to change it to my current number and he did that. He also told me that the order will come on the 8th. The same thing happened and whenever I open the app to track my order, it said that the driver did come but I never received any phone call. Later that day, I waited at the reception from 2 until 5 and no driver showed and no call was even received by me but their app still said that the driver came at 16:30. I called them and I was told that the order will come on Friday. Friday was even worse because I waited from 1 till 6:30pm and no driver showed in the entire time. These buds are for my sister and I'm sure she is as worried as I am because the was supposed to receive them by Friday. She was the one who suggested I write to hello Peter. I thought that the problem was on my side and asked them to verify that my details are correct and they were but I never received any call from their delivery drivers nor do I have my order.
