Takealot service is disgusting

My last 4 orders all came with issues.

July order. Sent me short items

September order. Sent me the incorrect package

December. Ordered a same day delivery last month, order never arrived. After a week of back and forth with the "support" team, they cancelled the order.

January. Ordered a GUARANTEED SAME DAY delivery today, got no delivery, yet I paid for this service.
