Can’t wait for Amazon! Takealot is a joke!

I ordered a Tapo Rv20 + mop off of takealot. This item was listed for R5000. The order arrived the next day and I was beyond shocked. The had sent me a used unit without the original packaging. Beyond that the unit they had sent was filled with someone’s hair and was missing parts!!! When I called into takealot I was told the systems were down and that the guy would get back to me. He did not get back to me and as for Takealot, the business you’re running is an absolute joke and it’s daylight *******. For reference my order number was #***. *******!!! You’re lucky I’m giving you 1 star- zero stars is not applicable!
