Can`t see difference between a broom and a tent!!!! Idiots

How the hell do you drop off a broom if my order was for a TENT. Now I cant phone you cause you dont answer a telephone!!!!! What must I do now?? I`m leaving in two days on a trip and I ordered the tents for my trip. Order #***8
