Cant return goods that we did not order.

the last few months Takealot service went downhill, What they send you and what you ordered is not the same and you cant write reviews on there site. once you write reviews they remove it. but normally you could return things. But now, You cant return. I have been trying for the last 2 weeks with no success, They ****med me, Sending me totally different goods and now I am sitting with it, I cant get my money back or return. All I can do is to take my loss and never buy from them again. its almost if they have staff inside there organisation ****ming people and blocking bad reviews or returns. Be careful, you do not have the security anymore that you used to have , Returning a faulty item or wrong goods delivered. its the same as buying at the Pakistani shop on the corner, No warranty or assurance you will receive what you paid for. And good luck phoning them....
