Cant retun items which were marked as returnable on the app

I bought bar stools via the app. Upon delivery, i see that they look nothing like advertised. Of course the first thing i wanted to do was return them. There was no option to log a return for these items, so i visited their depot. They told me that the stools are nob returnable. On the app, it clearly states that the items ARE returnable. Was told to contact takealot directly. Called them several times and no one picks up. I’ve always been a big takealot user but this time I’m super disappointed with the false advertising
