Can't get my money back for order cancelled by them due to shortage of stock!

They don't refund order canceled (by them due to not having stock even though they show this is not indicated on the app) into your bank account but rather give you takealot credits. And when I sent an email asking to transfer the credits to my bank account, they promised to escalate it (this was a week ago and I haven't even received as much as an email saying sorry for the delay). But I have received an email reminding me to use my credits???
