Can't get my gas stove

Takealot has been delying my delivery since the beginning of December. I ordered a gas stove with a gas bottle and the delivered the wrong parcle two times in a row. I sent them countless emails and querys but they don't seem to understand how desperate and unbelievable this is getting. I just want my stove with the gas bottle i ordered and can't seem te keep thier storie straight
