Cant Get It Right - even after 4 attempts

<p>My Daughter ordered Records from Takealot as gifts - First time users get a R150 incentive</p> <p>The order was cancel because items was not available - Who sells things they don’t have?</p> <p> </p> <p>When the credit was passed the R 150 was not - On my enquiry they promised to rectify</p> <p> </p> <p>So they added R 75?</p> <p> </p> <p>Once again I had to fight. Then they passed the R 150 Credit</p> <p> </p> <p>She ordered other Records - They arrived damaged - I complained they said return - I returned - they picked up 2 Lps and dropped one - And that one was damaged again - I complained they promised to collect the one and deliver Two.</p> <p> </p> <p>They delivered one and did not collect the other - And this f....... one was also damaged.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I am agitated!! I Phoned the courier as their telephone number is such a secret you can’t even google it!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I have a promise of a delivery and collect - Let’s see if they can get it right??????</p>
