Cant even notice the difference in products and blaming me.

Hi i bought an item at takealot. They sent me the wrong item which is similar to the one i bought now they're asking me to send the accessories i received with it but they never sent it with the correct item in the first place. I ordered last week. My sons birthday is Sunday. I dont know what to do Im so angry. You can clearly see the difference between the two items as one item has 3 animals on and the one i bought with the waistcoat has only a tiger on
