Can't even give me the time of day

I bought a laptop bag from Takealot, within the first month and a half both straps on the bag broke, stitching came undone. I sent the bag back to them and they advised me that they will not accept the bag back and it was my fault it broke because - 1. is faulty due to normal wear and tear (that means the normal damage that occurs over time); THE BAG WAS NOT EVEN TWO MONTHS OLD. 2. is damaged by you or you didn’t take good care of it; I CARRY A VERY EXPENSIVE LAPTOP HOW WILL I NOT TAKE CARE OF IT? ITS WORK EQUIPMENT.

The picture I have you can clearly see it is a manufacturing issue !!

I have been trying to get in contact with them several times and they are just ignoring me, they just sent the bag back to me. Not answering my emails or calls. I just keep getting an automated email regarding the refusal for refund. I'm very disgusted and unhappy. I do procurement for my company, and I purchase so much from Takealot and they can't even give me the time of day.
