Can't download my ebook from TAKEALOT

I bought an ebook from your website, and I cannot download the book onto the library. It has been hours and all the says is 'please wait while importing content...' for crying out loud, how long does it take to download?! And what's worse, your customer care number is not going through. Pathetic!
