CAN'T COMMUNICATE, TERRIBLE SERVICE, DELAYED

Terrible Terrible experience with take alot!!! I had a delivery of the 26th of march, after enquiring if the address can be changed to my home address instead of work, the date changed to the 27th but the address didn't change. When in asked again about it now my delivery is due on the 17th April, still no address change. The products purchased is home items for my computer, what am i going to do with them after the lockdown when i needed it during lock down. It says on the website that takealot is still delivering items. If you cant deliver my stuff while im at home then I WANT A REFUND!!!!
