Can't change shipping address and no support for handling the situation.

Takealot used to be contactable. Now one has to go through the FAQ and answer no on a query to be able to log a ticket - upon which no one answers. They delayed my order due for one item and now I won't be able to collect the order as I won't be available at that address at that date - and guess what? You can't change your shipping address. Used to recommend Takealot ... such a pity.
