Can't Cancel my order that went wrong on THEIR side!!

I am really upset!! I bought two items on Takealot this morning at 01:40. But when I received my conformation email it was the Godox Flash I *Bought* in MAY. When I realized my order was wrong I tried Calling takealot and send multiple emails and also tried Facebook messenger to cancel the Godox order as I did not order that. also the guy I message on facebook asked if he must cancel the order and I said YES multiple times!! This morning I called and they said sorry She could not help me as to it was already shipped!!!! How to you ship something when you have multiple emails regarding that Order number???? I can not wait until that order is at the couriers then the "Black Friday" Special wont be app**** to the items I did buy.... Now I have to wait until I receive an message so I can Cancel the order. I am very Angry!! I will never Buy anything there again!!!
