Can’t buy textbooks from PNA with a takealot voucher

My daughter bought 2 textbooks from Takealot. 1 x R1615.00 and R 1049.00. She was given an 18% discount on each of the textbooks. R480.00. Takealot used excuse after excuse on the textbook for R1049.00 ( the ship got stuck due to the issue in the Suez Canal). Then they suddenly cancelled the book. They give her a coupon that she must use before May and they take the full discount of R480.00 from both textbooks off the money they owe her. She has tried to get this sorted out. They they just ignore her. She has limited finance as she is a student. Stop taking her for a ride.
