Canselled by takealot.com

I have ordered a few things from Takelot.com and never had a problem, always had good service, but the last order I made was an Intex swimming pool wich was on special for R990, the orde took longer than they said and after a while I saw the same product was on a special fir R1397, and then suddenlu my order was cancelled saying there is no stock available, but the product is still advertised for R1398, so how can it be out of stock, tried all means to co tact them but there is no way to speak to somebody there. Very disappointed
