Canon pixma G3411 inkjet printer down the drain

On the 29 april I purchased a canon pixma G3411 inkjet for R3000. A month after that it gave me a p307 error. We fix the error. Then it did not want to flush the red or black ink and it did not want to print in black at all. I have logged a return. On the 31 Mei 2021 a Monday they came and picked up the printer. I have taked all precautions, I have packed it back in its plastic and taped it closed. I have handel the box so it always faces up. On the 4 june 2021 we recieved a email saying that my return is cancelled because the printer is ful of ink. I have called the offices. Fikile Fladla answered her respons is that they cant do anything about it. Because its the warehouse that decides on the return. Shecant help me. I ask to speak to a manager. I was put on hold. Was told the escalate it to a manager to call me back.

Who is going to replace my printer?
