CANNOT RETURN ITEMS!!!!!!

Purchased two toddler beds from TAKEALOT and tried to return them. Because they had to be assemled I now cannot return these items! Because its an item that must be assembled even though its not assembled at this stage I cannot return the items. Thanks for *****ing customers again TAKEALOT!
