Cannot return defective products!!

I ordered a set of spring form cake tins from Takealot as I've started a small baking business. After the first use, the tins clasp broke. After logging a return and accepting the items for return, I was told it broke due to wear and tear and misuse. I've been using spring form tins for years and know how to operate them. I had to ask to get the defective products back as they denied a refund or store credit. Will never order baking supplies again!!
