Cannot Replace Faulty Item
The band on my Fitbit Charge had started to come loose, so I sent it to Takealot to be replaced or repaired. Their response was to give me credit as they no longer supply the device. My problem is that I bought the Fitbit on on of their Daily Deals specials. So now I don't even have 50% of what Takealot currently charges for a Fitbit. How can you simply take the device away without me having the option to replace it? You have removed yourselves from all responsibility and just told me to ****** off.
