Cannot get their orders correct for delivery

Fed up 4 times in a row and counting….. If you order from Takealot they send a similar type of item but not the item that was ordered. If you ask that the item to be replaced for what was ordered they just credit your account keeping you hostage as to order again to get your money value back or pay again for delivery. Takealot also informs one that the item is “out of stock” when delivery date comes but it is still available for purchase on the website. Takealot has a monopoly it is time the consumers stop supporting them so that they can get their service sorted out and maybe they can start employing people that can read to put the correct items in the boxes for shipping. This must cost a fortune every time an item needs to be returned because the wrong items are delivered. Pathetic and frustrating to say the least. Use to have good service but are you getting too big too fast and cannot handle it all anymore??
