Cannot get an invoice for item

<p>I have been unable to get an invoice for item purchased. Sent a PDF which does not have any resemblance to an invoice. Doesn't even contain the word invoice. No company name. No mention of VAT. Completely unacceptable. Takealot support are unable to resolve. Andrea Titus fobbed me off, told me that I must phone some other number to sort it out.</p>
