Cannot contact takealot.com

I ordered a graduation costume for my son who is soon turning 6. When the package arrived it turned out to be a very small costume for dolls. I sent a request for it to be changed to the real one and was sent an email requesting me to send further information. However the email cannot be responded to. Please let me know how to contact takealot.com. I am afraid that the 30day return period is going to lapse.
