Cannot complete purchase, address section on site is not functioning

I am trying to purchase an item on the website but it is broken. It keeps asking me to update my address and when I do it does not accept the changes and keeps looping back to the address section to be completed. This is the case for every address in my book, I even tried to add a new address which was not successful. There is also no other means to contact them to notify them that there is an issue with the site. Frustrating. Do they not test their systems before they implement changes? obviously a change was done to the address systems, maybe the integration of maps into the address section. Anyways, this is not cool.
